Helen is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with the health care professions council (HCPC). She has 27 years of post graduate experience, in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal health. She got her B.Sc (Hons) Physiotherapy from UCL in 1997 and also has an M.Sc in Advanced Neuro Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, also from UCL in 2007. She passed post graduate specialist musculoskeletal clinical exams to become an accredited member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). Her research into hypermobility in the upper limb and has also been published.

Helen also has a special interest in shoulder and elbow conditions and also currently works as an Advanced Physiotherapist practitioner on an upper limb team for the NHS. Whilst she has worked in private practise for a number of years she has also worked some of the top NHS teaching hospitals. She has been a senior clinician on the upper limb teams at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Royal Liverpool Hospital, She aims to deliver the highest standard of patient care, offering a patient centred, hands on approach, helping you to recover and rehabilitate following injury, surgery and illness.
